CHIPS Weekly Update
April 17, 2025
From the PTO
The PTO would like to thank all the families that have helped us throughout the school year. We are asking for your assistance with two more things this school year.
1) We will be having Touch a Truck on Tuesday, June 10th. We will need volunteers to help as the students visit the vehicles. If you would like to assist us that day please sign up through the link below.
2) The PTO would also like to have our families help celebrate our staff during staff appreciation week. CHIPs and Lion's Pride are the sweetest and we would like to donate baked goods as a special treat. If you would like to donate anything towards that day please sign up through the link below.
The PTO has also created a flyer to give you an overview of our year. We appreciate all that the families do and we truly couldn't give back without your support. Thank you for everything you do. If you have any questions on what the PTO does or want to get involved feel free to reach out to us at pto.chips@gmail.com
Our next meeting will be on Monday, May 12 at 6:30pm at CHIPS. As always, there will be a link for those who would like to attend virtually. The meeting link is below.
Outdoor Play Ideas
School vacations are a great time to get outside with your child for some active play! Please see below for some fun ideas for outdoor spring play from our therapists.
End of Year Events
After April vacation, the end of the school year is just around the corner! CHIPS has several fun events planned for the end of the year, including each classroom's end of year celebrations, Game Days, and Touch a Truck (which is organized by our PTO). Parent volunteer sign up forms for Game Days have already been sent home with students.
More information will be shared by your child's teacher as these events approach.
