New Spanish Books!
A Donors Choose project for the Small Library was generously funded by Cece and AJ Brune of Midland, TX, grandparents of one of our very own Small 6th grade students! 37 popular and high interest Spanish books have already arrived and are being processed for checkout! Thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. Brune!
Scholastic Book Fair
The Scholastic book fair is over! We sold $3367 worth of books and other merchandise. We were able to earn $1565 in Scholastic dollars to spend on new books and other items for the library! Students and parents also donated $209 to Scholastic's All for Books campaign which will be matched and donated to a school or classroom in need.
Thank you to the three amazing parent volunteers that came in to help: Kristin Dworsky, Emily Ingram, and Sara Rogers-Smith. Big thanks to Dennis and Linda Sylvia (Ms. Sylvia's parents) that helped set up and take down the fair.
