Winter Party Information
When is the Winter Party?
- Friday, December 20, 2024
- 9:30-10:30 a.m.
When can visitors arrive at SCE to begin raptoring?
- 9:15 a.m.
When will visitors be allowed down to the classrooms?
- 9:30 a.m.
What will visitors need to enter the building?
- Valid ID
- All visitors must be run through the Raptor System
How will SCE Streamline the sign in process?
- Visitors can pre-register using this link. Pre-registered visitors will need to show ID when arriving and their Raptor Sticker will already be printed.
- If not pre-registered, visitors will have to wait in line until their ID can be run through the Raptor System. We only have two scanners, please plan for the line to be long. No one will be let down to a classroom until successfully screened through the Raptor System. This means you may not be scanned by the start time of the party.
- We highly suggest the pre-register option.
Will we be allowed to sign out students at the end of the day?
- Teachers will not dismiss students with families from the party. Students can only be dismissed from the office.
- All time out of class counts against the student's attendance.
- If you wish to sign your child out (highly discourage this), you will need to come to the main office and wait in the line outside of the office.
- If doing this, please make sure you have the Focus App and your child's barcode ready for sign out.
May we bring food/drinks to the Winter Party?
- No.
