We're just completing our first full week of school at Selkirk! Students are figuring our schedules, lockers, getting to know new teachers and students.

A shout out of THANKS to all the parents who attended Back-to-School Night last night. It was a strong showing a support and partnership. Thank you, staff, for the work that goes into sharing your classroom and content with parents!

We hope you have a great weekend and take some time to connect with your wolf about school so far. Ask them what is going well. What might be challenging this quarter? If they have any specific short-term goals and how you could help support those? Finally, ask them if they have met any new students that might become friends.

At Selkirk we value the importance of students being present in class whenever possible. We always want to parnter closely with parents as you make decisions about missing school. As we start off the school year, we want to share an attendance insentive program that we do a Selkirk called Challenge 5. The info is linked below for you.

Please try to make appointments outside of the school day or during late start whenever possible.

We’re excited to announce the launch of CVSD’s new facility rental website, https://www.cvsd.org/FacilityUse! When our school facilities and playfields aren't being used for school activities or closed for maintenance, they’re available for public use. Whether you're hosting an event, practice, or meeting, our community-owned spaces are open to you!

If you plan to attend Ridgeline High School sporting events this year, you may want to consider purchaseing a GSL Sports Pass. Details are linked below. You can also purchase at the RHS office.

If your student needs transportation to and from school in the 2024-2025 school year, they will need to register to ride. Please help us out with our planning purposes for transportation for next school year. ​​​​​​​Our current Walk Zones are still in effect.

If your address has changed, contact your student's school to inform them of the new address.
