Important Senior Information- Dr. Haggins
Senior Parents of Spoto High School!
Congratulations to you! You are eight weeks away from having a graduate of Spoto High School. However, we have many important events that will take place prior to commencement exercises on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at 3:30 p.m.
**We will have a senior parent meeting on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the SHS Cafeteria. At the meeting, I will discuss senior honors breakfast, cap & gown attire--what's acceptable and what's not, grad bash, senior prom, senior awards & reception, graduation requirements, and credit recovery.
Please mark your calendar; we need all seniors and parents of seniors to attend this informational meeting.
Senior Letters!
The Spoto High School's Graduating Class of 2024 has worked diligently to reach this milestone, and we want to acknowledge their hard work and dedication to their education. This year, we will recognize our students by affording parents, guardians, extended family members, teachers, and friends the opportunity to send an SHS Congratulatory Senior letter, note, or card to any senior who is graduating from Spoto High School.
Once again, you may contact grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, teachers, clergy, and friends for this special opportunity to write a well-wishes letter, note, or card to any Spoto High School senior. Please contact family and friends as soon as possible via email, text, or phone, as we must have all letters, notes, or cards written/typed and returned as quickly as possible.
Letters, notes, or cards must be received NO LATER THAN Friday, May 10, 2024, and they will be distributed during SHS Graduation Rehearsal on Thursday, May 23, 2024. The letters, notes, and/or cards will be collected, stored in a safe place, and kept confidential until time for distribution.
How to deliver letters to the school:
You may bring your letters, notes, or cards to Spoto High School's main office and give them to our front office clerical staff: Mrs. King or Ms. Williams; OR you may mail them to the school with the following information:
Student's FULL NAME (First & Last)
Spoto High School Class of 2024 Senior Letter
8538 Eagle Palm Dr.
Riverview, FL 33578
Again, we only want you to write or type a congratulatory letter, note, or card-- acknowledging your chosen senior for their dedication and hard work. Please do not send anything of value such as cash, checks, or gift cards.
We are excited to celebrate each senior and acknowledge their achievements! Let's show our Spartan pride and show our seniors how proud we are of their accomplishments! Congratulations SHS Class of 2024!
Respectfully,
Dr. Jazrick L. Haggins
