Annoying Pop Up Notifications?
2 places you get these from...
- You inadvertently installed an extension or adware such as Maps or MyPDF Ads. Websites are sneaky. You think you are selecting OK to view a file. But you are really installing adware.
- You visited a site and it asked you to "Allow Notifications".... and YOU ALLOWED.
How do you fix it? 2 steps to get them all gone....
- Click the Three Dots for Chrome in the upper right, >>More Tools, >>Extensions. Remove all extensions you can. Video Here.
- Click the dots for Chrome in the upper right, >>Settings, >>Advanced Settings (at the bottom), >>Content Settings, >>Notifications. Remove all notifications you are not absolutely sure about. Video Here.
