As we close out the school year, the office staff would like to send our warmest wishes for a fun, relaxing, and safe summer! It’s been a pleasure supporting your students and watching them grow.
We hope your break is filled with sunshine, laughter, and special moments. We look forward to welcoming you back in the fall! Heather Chaney will be stepping away from her role in the office to focus on substitute teaching.

Note From our School Nurse
Dear Parent or Guardian of Future 7th Grade Student,
We are writing to inform you of the health requirements necessary for your student to enter 7th grade. In accordance with Nebraska state law, all 7th grade students are required to submit the following documents:
A physical exam conducted by a licensed medical provider within six months of the start of the school year (February 13th or after).
- If your student plans to play sports, their sports physical needs to be completed on May 1st or after.
A record of a recent TDap vaccination. Please note that exemptions to this vaccination may be granted with a completed medical or religious waiver.
Please carefully review the attached document for detailed information regarding these requirements. Once you have obtained the necessary documentation, you may submit it to us by:
Delivering it to the school during office hours, Back to School Night or Registration Days.

Having your provider fax it to our office at [Insert Fax Number]
