2024-25 Academic Calendar

As we are at the start of the 2024-25 school year, please make sure you have completed the necessary health forms so families are able to get these completed in preparation for the new school year. Please note: Some health forms require a physician's signature. Please allow sufficient time to complete and submit forms by the start of the school year.

Just a reminder, the lunch program will begin on Monday, August 19th. For the first three days of school, all students are required to bring their own lunch. However, drinks and snacks will be available for purchase during this time. The online menu will be accessible from the 10th to the 20th of every month.

For families new to SouthLake Christian, select "Create New Account," then follow the provided step-by-step instructions. Use the school code 19slakenc.

We need your assistance! To successfully continue offering lunches to our children, we are seeking volunteers to help with lunch distribution. Volunteers will assist students of all grades in Hampton Hall (we require 4-5 volunteers each day from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.). If you are interested in lending a hand, sign up HERE. If you have any questions, contact the lunch coordinators at slcalunch@gmail.com. Our success is due to your support, and we cannot sustain this program without you. Volunteering in the lunchroom is an excellent way to remain engaged with SouthLake Christian, get to know our students, and meet other parents.

• 6-8 p.m. on those dates for Varsity (grades 9-12)

Varsity Girls Tennis (Grades 7-12) - Coach: William King

• Practice begins on August 5 at Hornets Nest Park from 3:30-5:00 p.m.

MS and Varsity Boys and Girls Cross Country (Grades 6-12) - MS Coach: Alex Ray and Varsity Coach: Nick Wilson

• Practice begins on August 5th on campus with start time TBD

MS Football (Grades 6-8) - Coach: Matt Jackson

• Practice begins August 5 at 3:30pm. Meet at the visitors' bleachers side of the field.

Varsity Football (Grades 9-12) - Coach: Cheron Farley

• Practice officially begins July 29 at 5:00 p.m.

MS Boys Soccer (Grades 6-8) - Coach: Sam Aguilera

• Practice begins August 14 from 3:30-5:00 p.m.

Varsity Boys Soccer (Grades 9-12) - Coach: Benjamin Bivens

• Practice begins August 1 from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Please plan to attend either the 12:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. session for a parent meeting for students participating in a fall sport.

Being a mascot is a unique leadership position at SouthLake Christian and is an important part of our school's spirit and excitement! We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic upper-school individuals to step into the role of Eddie the Eagle. Being the mascot offers a chance to represent our school at various events, showcasing our community and fostering a sense of pride among students.
