As we enter the final few weeks of the year, there are some exiting activities, rights of passage, and celebrations at hand. This Tuesday, students in the district will participate in our annual Step Up Day. The Middle School looks forward to meeting our incoming 5th graders as well as providing the opportunity for our 7th graders to experience their morning at the high school. 7th grade parents are also invited to a Parent Step Up Night on 6/14 from 6-7 at the high school. Additionally, we encourage all our families to join us at 7pm at the high school for our Spring Band and Chorus concert. Mr. Napier and Mr. Torrellas are so excited to showcase the talent of our budding performance artists.

1st Annual Buddy 'Lympics

Congratulations to all the students and staff who participated in the first annual Buddy 'Lympics. Students from the best buddies program participated in the program as well as served as student helpers. A special thanks to Ms. Buckley and the Shells team for putting on such a great event. Fall Sports Reminder

Summer is almost here! That means in no time it will be back to school and back to fall sports at the middle school. Here is what you need to know in order to participate in fall sports at Monomoy Middle School.

1. Register on Family ID prior to the first practice/tryout. It is open and ready for registration. Make sure you search Family ID for Monomoy Middle School Fall Sports Registration 2022.
2. Have an updated physical into the school nurse prior to the first practice/tryout.

Middle school fall sports will start Monday September 12th. More information to come regarding practice specifics and Meet The Coaches Night in August.
