Welcome!
NCA's Lion's Club was created to provide a wide variety of exciting and educational after-school enrichment opportunities for students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
Registration is open by season (fall, winter & spring) and includes Monday-Thursday after-school classes, music lessons, and more!
The goal of Lion’s Club Enrichment is to build a Christ-centered community for our students beyond the school day. When students are given the opportunity to connect with others who share common interests and hobbies, community and friendships will thrive!

Spring STEAM
For students in all grades
Get ready for an exciting adventure this spring in our hands-on STEAM class! Designed for curious minds, this class lets kids explore the wonders of science, technology, engineering, art, and math through fun experiments and creative challenges. From building cool structures to creating simple machines and exploring nature’s wonders, kids will be inspired to think like young engineers, scientists, and inventors.

Golf & Bowling Bonanza
For students in All Grades
These two fun games are some all-time favorite classics! Week one of this class will focus on the game of golf with some skill building and mini golf course design. Week two will teach the students the fun filled world of bowling and encourage friendly competition through strikes and spares!

Snack Attack: Fun with Healthy Foods
For students in All Grades
Join us in the kitchen to discover how fun (and delicious) fruits, veggies, and proteins can be! Create fun and healthy after-school snacks while learning the importance of kitchen safety, food prep and nutrition.

Spring & Easter Crafts
For students in all grades
Celebrate the joy of Easter and the beauty of spring through creative art and crafts, designed with Christian themes! In this fun-filled class, kids will explore the true meaning of Easter while creating beautiful, faith-inspired projects. From crafting crosses and decorating Easter eggs to making joyful cards that celebrate Christ’s resurrection, children will have the opportunity to express their faith through art

Little Picasso's Studio
For students in grades K-2
Unleash your child's imagination in our colorful and creative painting class! Designed for young artists, this class provides a fun and supportive space for kids to explore the world of art through painting. Whether they're creating vibrant landscapes, whimsical animals, or abstract masterpieces, each session encourages creativity, self-expression, and experimentation.

Jr. Soccer Skills
For students in Grades K-2
Students will learn warm-up exercises, work on fundamental skills, and then will scrimmage and play games. The emphasis is on having fun, developing and learning skills, and embracing Christian character through team play.

Babysitting Basics
For students in grades 4-8
The Lions Club Babysitting Basics Course will prepare your student to be a successful and safe babysitter! Students will receive certification through the American Red Cross Babysitting Basics course as well as receive live, hands-on CPR/First Aid training by an American Heart Association representative. Not only will there be great safety training, students will also have a lot of FUN learning how to change diapers, soothe fussy babies, and more.

Chess Club
For students in All Grades
Whether your student is brand new to the game of chess or an avid player, join the club and let's play! Chess is a game that is proven to develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, plus, it's lots of fun!

Art through Nature
For students in all grades
In this fun and engaging class, kids will discover the beauty of nature while creating unique works of art inspired by the outdoors! Through hands-on activities, children will learn how to use natural materials like leaves, flowers, stones, and twigs to create their own masterpieces. They'll explore different techniques, such as leaf printing, rock painting, and tree bark texture rubbings, all while connecting with the world around them.

Exploring Track & Field
Here is a chance for 2nd-5th graders to explore the vast sport of Track & Field! Once they hit Middle and High school, this is an all-time favorite! This exploration class will get them ready for the 100-meter dash, long jump, relay, and javelin!

Jr. Volleyball Skills
For students in Grades K-2
This energetic class is designed for young athletes eager to learn the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. Through a series of exciting drills and games, kids will build essential skills such as serving, passing, setting, and spiking. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, coordination, and sportsmanship, giving each player the opportunity to grow both individually and as part of a team.

STEAM Squad
Science, Technology, Engineering- Oh My! Toss in some super fun math challenges and art project, and you've got a perfect STEAM class! Join Mrs. Montances for hands-on science experiments and engineering projects while exploring the exciting world of STEAM!

Bullseye Archery
We are bringing this one way back from Summer Camps of old! Enjoy time with friends while learning the skills and techniques of this long-enjoyed hobby. We will not be hosting Lions Club classes this summer, so this is your chance to sign up for this summer-time favorite!

Obstacle Course Craze
A well-designed obstacle course is awesome for physical fitness, building teamwork, and developing problem-solving skills! Get ready to crawl under, climb over, squeeze through and a blast to the finish line!

Cheer Clinic & Walk-a-Thon Performance
For students in grades 3-8
Come and share your school spirit for NCA! Cheerleading develops confidence, leadership skills, teamwork and performance skills all while exercising and having FUN!! Participants will learn chants, cheers and a dance routine to perform at our Walk-A-Thon! Since this is a performance-based clinic, all practices are mandatory, please confirm the dates before registering. Cheerleaders must have attended at least one cheer clinic before the spring clinic. We want our team to feel confident and prepared when performing.

Beginning Piano
In each piano/keyboard class students will learn to read and write music, learn to play numerous songs, experience ensemble playing, ear training, music theory, fun musical games, and rhythm and movement activities. Your children will love to come to piano lessons! Parents are welcomed to the last class of the session for a mini-recital to applaud your children's accomplishments!
Students must have a keyboard or piano to practice on and be prepared to practice daily.

Honor Choir
For students in grades 2-4

Honor Choir is for the 2nd-4th grader in your family who lives with a song in their heart. We want to nurture and inspire your student’s passion for singing!
This is an auditioned ensemble that meets twice a week for rehearsal, community building, and lots of music fun! We will have performance opportunities throughout the year to showcase what we have been working on. NCA has a strong tradition of fine music making, and now our young singers can participate too!
