Restaurant Fundraiser: Thursday, 12/12 at The Stand

Our next restaurant fundraiser benefiting our 5th graders is this Thursday, 12/12, 11am-9pm at The Stand in Carmel Mountain. The Stand will donate 20% of all our sales back to Pomerado. Enter coupon code Pomerado at checkout or show the flyer that came home with your student.

Holiday Shop

Our annual holiday shop is coming up the week of December 16th. It's a time where our students get the opportunity to shop for small gift items for family and friends in the MPR. The shop is run only by PAWs and parent volunteers. Please consider volunteering during your child's shopping window or any time that you can! Career Day Interest Form

Pomerado's 2025 Career Day will be on Wednesday, January 15th. The PAWs team is looking for a variety of parent volunteers to showcase their careers. If you are interested and able to share your amazing career with our students, please fill out the interest form by Dec. 13th!

We hope you had a chance to check out the new Literati holiday shopping catalog, which was sent home with students before the break. Inside are loads of favorite titles and book gift sets, plus educational toys, kits and games. If you haven't already done so, please consider taking a few minutes to browse for fun gift ideas for your student and other children you may be shopping for this holiday season. Purchases are shipped directly to your home and help raise additional book buying funds for our school library.

Our school met our fundraising goal for the Wildcat Fun Run! As part of meeting that goal, Mrs. Goldberg committed to wearing an inflatable costume all day. Well not only did Mrs. Goldberg wear her inflatable but we had some staff participate in a Flash Mob of inflatables at Friday Flag!

Tools to Find JOY in Your Family's Busy Seasons

Tuesday, December 10, 2024, 9:00-10:30 am

Make the holidays brighter and less stressful! Tina Campbell, Writer, and Chaos Coordinator will be speaking on the topic Tools to Find JOY in Your Family's Busy Seasons. Learning objectives include identifying the stressors and embracing the love of the season, obligations vs. celebrations, gift giving and receiving conversations, etc.

E-Bike Safety Class for Students & Parents

We are excited to announce the upcoming E-Bike Class for students and their parent(s)/guardian(s), aimed at promoting safe and responsible e-bike usage. The class will take place in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at Mt. Carmel High School on Wednesday, January 8th at 6:00 pm. Attendees are highly encouraged to arrive at 5:30 pm so they have enough time to find parking at the PAC.
