Principal's Message:
Within the past two weeks, we’ve celebrated school volunteers, while holding a volunteer-supported field day on June 5th! We celebrated Pride with a performance June 3rd and a parade yesterday (6/10). Kindergartners wore their mortar boards and received diplomas yesterday as well. Some final field trips for Kindergarten, First Grade, and Third were conducted throughout the week. Finally, tomorrow, among classroom celebrations, we will “Clap-Out” our 5th Graders! Check out the slide-deck embedded in the image. Happy Father's Day Sunday, June 15th! Read below for important information!
Many Many Thank Yous: Part of our June celebrations include acknowledging volunteers who’ve helped keep students safe, put smiles on faces, and boosted confidence when necessary: Emily Busse (Grace/5th & Juliet/1st), thank you for coordinating, organizing and supplying staff lunches for every Early Release Wednesday, and breakfast/lunch meals for PDs and conferencing! Check out this slide-deck from two newsletters back where we thanked Jenn and our Gardening Team! Every month your FOFPE Board members met to support the incredible work your students and their teachers and support staff do each year:
