Recognition:

Returning to Regular Schedule Jan 27

Mitchell County Schools will return to a regular schedule on Jan 27. This means that MECHS classes begin at 9am.

MECHS Clubs

Club meetings will resume on January 27. There is still time to join various clubs. Some of the clubs offered include: Art, Sign Language, Cooking, Youth-to-Youth, SAVE, SGA, FCA, Book Club, Tech, Fashion, Key, etc.

National Honor Society

Students who are eligible to join NHS will be receiving an invitation soon! You must meet the academic requirement of a 3.0 unweighted GPA or higher.

Peer Tutors

Peer Tutors are available upon request. Please see Mrs. Crosby or fill out the request form on the MECHS website.

MECHS Accepting Applications for Admission

The application window for applying to MECHS is now open. Students wishing to apply can get an application from our school website or from their current school counselors.
