As of Friday the Thirteenth, YOU Raised Over $13K for our Bulldogs!!
Thank you so much!! The unofficial Bulldog Dash total is $13,180.91!! That's WAY BETTER than last year, and with donations sometimes trickling in after the dash, this puts us VERY close to our $15,000 goal! Thank you so much!! Did I say thank you? Let me say it again!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
We also greatly enjoyed seeing almost 200 parents, grandparents and other family members running with, or cheering on our Bulldogs! Thank you to the volunteers who handed out lap bracelets or popsicles and for all of the setting up and the cleaning up!
One of our sponsors, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, even donated 50 smoothies to thank our first 50 supporters! If you want to experience a TSC treat, visit them soon!
And now....drumroll please...the grade level challenge final standings:
- First place goes to our FIRST GRADERS!
- Second place was locked down by our FOURTH GRADERS!
- Our SECOND GRADERS rounded out the bracket in third place!
We couldn't have done it without every Bulldog and every penny counts. We had so many wins today! Thank you for whatever part you played in the Bulldog Dash!

The Book Fair is Coming to Belmont During Conferences
Our Scholastic Book Fair will be open in the library during conferences for your browsing pleasure! Students will get a virtual sneak peak during the last rotation of classes before conferences. This is a great time to get something new to read in the paws of every Bulldog!
Book Fair Hours:
Wednesday, September 25, 4:45pm - 8:15pm
Thursday, September 26, 10:00am - 2:00pm and 3:00pm - 8:00pm.
If you can't make it to conferences, watch for an online link coming soon! You can still participate in the Book Fair even if you're out of town.

WatchDOGS Wednesdays!!
It's a WatchDOGS revival in the Belmont DogHouse! With at least a week's notice, we'll welcome a DAD (gotta be a significant adult guardian or relation) each Wednesday to work a day at BE. There will be a schedule provided that will include a variety of tasks including building safety, academic assistance in classrooms, and logistical support during lunch, and the reward...RECESS! We guarantee you'll have the opportunity to enjoy lunch and recess with your own child(ren) and around that, we'll put you to work in the classrooms where your extra hands will be the most helpful! Do YOU have the opportunity to take a day off to hang out with about 370 beautiful children and the adults who love learning with them?
