Final Exam Information
Final exams for the first semester are mandatory for all students in grades 9–12 and will count for 10% of the semester grade. Please remember that courses are not considered complete until the final exam has been completed. If your student is unable to attend final exams on December 19 and 20, pre-arranged absences must be submitted by parents/guardians to the office by Friday, December 6. Absence requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the administration.
Final exams will follow this schedule:
Thursday, December 19:
Periods: 2, 4, 6, and 8
Friday, December 20:
Periods: 1, 5, and 7
One final note, campus will be open during finals. Students who do not have a scheduled final will be able to leave and return as appropriate. However, it is essential that students arrive on time for their scheduled exams, as late arrivals will not be granted additional time. Students who elect not to leave campus will report to the commons until their next scheduled exam.
Thank you for your attention to these important dates and requirements as we approach the end of the semester. If you have any questions regarding final exams, please contact the KHS office at 309-289-2324.

There are 13 students who will be casting in the play and they will be learning how to do voice work for this musical production. Members will be working on classics like "White Christmas", "Jingle Bells", "The Christmas Song", and several others to round out our program.
For more information on the play, please contact Mrs. Sprecher at @ jsprecher@bluebullets.org
