Boosterthon Is On!

The day is here! You can now sign up for our Clark-Wilkins School Fun Run! Our goal is to raise $50,000 for curriculum enrichment and student activities. Signing up is easy and free!

When we reach our $50,000 goal, there will be a school wide concert!

Picture Day - September 24th

Paper order forms will be provided for families to sign up for picture day pre-orders. You can also use the below QR code to pre-order online. If you don't pre-order, there will be another ordering opportunity when proofs are shared, about 4-5 weeks after picture day.

PM Preschool Spaces Available

We have spaces in our PM preschool classrooms at Clark School. Our preschool program is a tuition based program for students ages 3-5. The PM classes run from 11:25 am - 2:25 pm. For more information about our program and/or to express interest in enrolling a student, please contact Janine Metro (jmetro@sau39.org).

Count will be tallied on September 30th and your student's class could earn a special prize!

Amherst's Rec Department has so much fun to offer this fall!

Afterschool Arts Studio at Wilkins

Come join the creative arts studio. Holly Majkut and Jessica Anderson are excited to collaborate and join forces to offer the afterschool arts program! Allow your child to discover or nurture their inner artist through exploring a variety of art materials. Art studio time will allow your child to create their own masterpieces.

Who: Wilkins Students, Grades 1-4

When: Mondays 2:45-4:00pm

(Dates Vary, beginning Sept 23rd, register for month sessions)

Where: Wilkins Elementary School, art room. Pick-up in front of Wilkins at 4pm

Fire Science (Fire Safety- Know-How) – October is Fire Prevention Month

Join Fire Fighter and PMEC Environmental Educator Ryan Morse for a lesson in campfire safety!

Participants will learn how to set up the perfect fire, start a fire the traditional way using flint and then learn how to extinguish it properly (using a real fire extinguisher!) We will finish the fun by roasting marshmallows!

Who: 10yrs and up
What: Fire Science at PMEC (Fire Safety-Know-How)
When: October 9th, 2024 - 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Early Release - PMEC Explorers

Come enjoy an afternoon of fun and exploring at Peabody Mill Environmental Center. We will explore the amazing hiking trails, play games and make crafts. On early release days we will pick up the explorers from Wilkins and bring them to PMEC for an afternoon of fun in nature!

Trail Trekkers - October Wednesdays

Trail Trekkers is all about getting outside and connecting with nature while disconnecting from technology. Join us for outside fun where we will hike, run, walk, explore, learn and be one with nature as we explore streams, brooks, and rivers.

WHO: Grades 1-4

WHEN: Wednesdays, October 2nd, 16th, 23rd & 30th. 2:30pm -4:30pm
