I hope everyone had a restful summer are are as excited as I am to be back at school.

The library is open and ready for students so stop by to check out our new books and find your next great read! You can also check with your English teacher to find out when you are coming to the library with your class.

Students have access to several online resources for reading. These can all be accessed through the student's Clever login. The resources listed below are great because they include reading supports and audio options for those who prefer to listen to their books.

I have been in education 15ish years. I say that because I subbed for a couple of years before working full time. I have been a sub, an aide, a secretary, registrar, teacher, and librarian. I am a certified CTE teacher but this will be my eighth year in the library. I am excited to be at RCISD and even more excited to be part of the Royse City High School staff.

I am married, have two grown kids and an embarrassingly large clutter of cats. I do not like vegetables or watching TV; so, I spend my free time reading or playing PC games.

Factoid of the month: I have a Snap Streak of 2,384 days (That's over six and a half years!)
