Superintendents Comments and Reports to the Board of Education
Dr. Camhi shared that in the last few weeks, the district was featured in Education Week and we were also part of a Bloomberg Television report. Both are considered national news placements.

- In construction. Awaiting final programming from contractor before project close-out.
- Construction commenced. Abatement and demo underway. Project will continue on weekends and after hours. Anticipated late Spring ’25 opening.
- Construction complete for Phase 1 (HS, Meadow, Plaza, Steele.) Future phases pending rebid and award (Lenox, Brookside, Middle.) Working towards Summer, 2025 for next phase.
- Project complete.
- Project awarded to contractor. Construction yet to commence. Insurance requirements being finalized with contractor.
- Project complete.
- Brookside, Steele, and Meadow have been submitted to SED and are under review. Lenox and Plaza to be submitted to SED this week.

- Design complete. Pending paperwork for SED submission.

- Paving/sidewalk repairs – District-wide – Complete and on-going.
- Heating / Boiler plant issues – Meadow/HS – current repairs made, longer term considerations being evaluated.
