📚 Read Across America

Please join us as we Celebrate Read Across America! Roosevelt School and the Manville Library are hosting a slumber party! Activities, games, and reading!

Date: March 4, 2024

Time: 5:30-7:00 pm

Place: Manville Library

Bring your pajamas, sleeping bags/blankets, pillows, and favorite books (or check some out from the library)! Families are invited to attend activities, read together, and celebrate the joy of reading.

***All students must be accompanied by an adult to attend.***

🐶 Animal Shelter Student Project 🐱

In March, Roosevelt Students would like to make a difference in our local community. One way we would like to help the community is to have a pet donation drive to help the Somerset Animal Shelter.

The class that brings in the most items will receive an extra recess. Each item from the list will count as one item; however, dry dog food will be counted as an item per pound, so if a child brings in a 5 pound bag of dog food, it will be counted as 5 items or Feline Pine Platinum Non-Clumping Cat Litter 18lb would count at 18 items.

General Office Supplies: Towels Paper Plates & Bowls Antibacterial Hand Soap, HE Laundry Detergent, Clorox Bleach, White Copy Paper, Colored Copy Paper, and Stamps.

All donations are due by March 21st. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Landau!
