Weekly Update

This week we pulled our first grade checks so we could have conversations with students about their grades before we pull the grades for eligibility. Please log in and look at your students grades and have conversations with them about these. We have a lot of students that have 2 or more Fs. Next week we will run eligibility for real and students who have 2 or more Fs will be on probation starting February 3rd, when we run grades on February 6th if students are still on the list for having 2 or more Fs they would be ineligible this will effect their ability to compete in league wrestling or league basketball as well as their ability to attend the Booster Club Game and Dance Night that is February 14th.

Please work with your child to set good study habits, talking with them about their use of time when in class and what they need to do to bring their grades up.

As always ASAP is an option Monday-Thursday until 4:30pm to get extra help on their work, students must be ready to work when they attend and not distract and disrupt others from their learning.

Cost for Breakfast is $2.25- we start serving breakfast at 7:30 am

Lunch cost is $3.50- Salads and sandwiches are offered every day but Late Start Days

Extra Milk is $0.50

We invite you to attend the 7th Annual Jefferson West Barn Burner on January 25th at 6 PM! Tickets are available for purchase through the Square link provided below. This event serves as the Booster Club's largest fundraising initiative, benefiting every school and teacher throughout the year.

Here's what you can look forward to: enjoy an evening filled with Dueling Pianos, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts from local restaurants, and a variety of drink options—all included with your ticket! Additionally, there will be both live and silent auctions. Whether you choose to dress up or come as you are, feel free to join us even if you can’t arrive by 6 PM, as food will be served throughout the evening along with entertainment all night long!
