Veterans Day 2018—Honoring KDE Veterans
Sunday, November 11, 2018 is Veterans Day and KDE would like to honor family members of students that have served, or are currently serving, in the U.S. Military. We are creating a “Wall of
Heroes” board to honor our veterans. We will be placing names/photographs of our veterans on the board. Thanks to all that submitted items for our Wall of Heroes!
3rd Grade Musical - Tuesday, November 13th!
Our fantastic students have been working hard in their music classes to prepare for this year’s grade-level musical. Our musical is titled “Goal!”, and is a story about “The Beautiful Game” of soccer (football!). Important life lessons stressed in this performance are teamwork and sportsmanship, both on and off the field. Our students will perform this presentation on Tuesday, November 13th, at 6:00 pm for parents and community in the KDE gym.
