Thank you to Mrs. Carter, Mrs. Grebner and our kitchen staff for making a delicious Thanksgiving meal for our K-12 students. We enjoy this special lunch every year!

5th graders are learning about the Renaissance Era in ELA. They created a design on a paper under their desk to mimic Michelangelo painting the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in Rome.

Comments from students:

Ian - "It had to be easier for him because he had more room to work."

Leena - "It was easier than doing it the normal way."

Braxton - "It would be easier to do with your eyes closed than having to do it upside down."

The 5th grade "Sistine Chapels" will be on display outside of the classroom when they are finished.

PTO challenged our K-12 classes to a friendly contest to see which classes could donate the most food for Thanksgiving meals within our community.
