Thank you to all of the family members who were able to make it out to walk with us on the Puppet Parade. It was a beautiful day and the students of Grout and residents of Odd Fellows all had a wonderful time. Please be sure to check out the photos below.

Kindergarten registration is open and Grout will be hosting information sessions for incoming and interested families. If you know of any children who will be 5 years old on or before August 31, please encourage their families to attend!

These sessions will include a slideshow and question / answer session about Grout, followed by a chance to meet our Kindergarten teachers and tour the classrooms.

First Grade Guinea Pigs need a home for the Spring Break! Have you ever thought about getting a pet but weren't sure you wanted to completely commit? Here is a great opportunity to try out a small pet for a short amount of time! Poppy and Pom-Pom are 2 1/2 year old short haired Guinea Pigs who are very easy to care for. Their kennel is large, 2 1/2 feet by 3 1/2 feet and has wheels. They are used to the sound of kids, love to eat fresh fruit and veggies, and love to be read to! They are great companions and are very sweet pets. Transportation, Food and Bedding will be covered by teacher Sharese. All are welcome to attend the Grout PTA Board Meeting on Tuesday, March 11th at 6 p.m. in room #105.

03/15: Native Plant Sale

Come support the Grout Learning Garden at the native plant sale on Saturday, March 15th: 9am - 2pm on the Grout basketball courts. The native plants are from Bosky Dell Natives. All proceeds go to the learning garden. Please see Konstella to volunteer for this event.

03/14 Grout T-Shirt Contest

Designs Due

March 14th is the last day for students to submit their T-Shirt designs to the main office. Please check in with your child(ren) that they received the T-Shirt Contest form from their teacher. Extra forms will be available in the main office.

03/17: Dine Out For Grout

Mark your calendars for Monday, March 17th to Dine Out For Grout at Dick's Primal Burger - the Woodstock location.

03/18: Zoom vote for the top 3 Grout T-Shirt Designs

On Tuesday, March 18th at 6 pm all PTA members and teachers are invited to the Zoom meeting where we will vote on the top three student designs. We will provide the Zoom link closer to the 18th.

04/24 & 04/25: Talent Show Volunteers

The Grout Talent Show is returning! On April 24th and 25th five volunteers are need to serve as a panel during talent show auditions who will give feedback to students and advise Mr. Solitaria. Interested? Have questions? Please email Mr.Solitaria for more information msolitaria@pps.net
