The Scholastic Book Fair is almost here!

We will be opening the fair during conference hours on October 16 and 17. Please stop by before or after your conferences to browse.The fair will also be open during school hours on October 21, 22, 23, and 24. Students will have browsing and shopping time during their specials and with teacher permission those days. Please send your student with money that is counted and please discuss what you would like them to purchase. Scholastic also offers the eWallet option that allows you to put money in a Scholastic account that can be used at the registers.

Please remember there is no obligation to purchase things at the fair. Proceeds will be used to purchase new books for the library for everyone to check out or use in class.

Volunteers would be greatly appreciated! The afternoons of October 21 and 22 are especially busy with the Kindergarten and first grade classes as they need a little extra assistance.

Lost and Found

Please make sure to stop by our Lost and Found (located in the display case next to the music room) and collect any of your child's missing belongings during Conferences.

Any remaining items will be donated after conferences.

Parent Teacher Conferences

It’s time to start planning for fall conferences. Parent/Teacher conferences will be held during the evening on Wednesday, October 16th (4-8pm) and the afternoon and evening of Thursday, October 17th (1-8pm). Our goal is to have 100% in-person attendance. These days and times have been dedicated by the district for conferences, if you are unable to attend due to travel/other commitments, please notify your child's teacher and they will send home conference materials for you to be able to review.

Conference scheduling takes place on Skyward, the same platform where you access your student’s lunch accounts, grades, and attendance. On October 4th at 3:00 pm the district will open the window for scheduling fall conferences. The window will close at 3:00 pm on Monday, October 14th. After the scheduling window closes, any conference scheduling will need to go through your child’s teacher.

Halloween Parade and Parties

Weather permitting... The Halloween Parade will start at 1:45pm. Parents if you are present to watch the parade please feel free to line up in the grass/designated areas along the route shown below.

Staff will assist students into their costumes prior to the parade. Please NO blood, gore, or weapons! Halloween parties will start at 2:00pm.
