Unit 10 Overview
NO SEMINAR IN UNIT 10
Change Makers
In this unit, you reflected upon the digital media skills you gained, learned how to analyze images based on the rhetorical situation, and reviewed strategies for enhancing your digital media presentation. These skills will benefit you in personal, professional, and academic situations. You can now impress your family with an Animoto video of your vacation, create a Prezi presentation for a conference, or develop PowerPoint presentations for future classes. Most importantly, though, you have learned how to create digital media presentations that will help you to advocate an argument for change in your community and to collaborate with peers to strengthen that argument. You will see the potential impact an argument for change can have on an audience once you post your advanced presentation with a compelling design to a social networking site. Even if you decide not to share your digital media presentation outside of this course, you now know which parts of your argument are the strongest and are able to identify potential visuals to include in your future digital media presentations.
