This event is for anyone that has registered as a volunteer and then checked into our system with a badge. You may have helped in the classroom, a school event or on a field trip. We would like to celebrate you! Please join us in the for an hour of fun and ice cream!

El día del niño/Day of the Young Child, Truscott's Art Show and Family Media Night from 5:30 - 7:00 pm
We hope your family is able to join us for a celebration of our children! There will be food and fun. Also, our students' art show will occur on this evening. District staff will be in attendance leading families through an Internet safety presentation to inform families on the latest data and research regarding child internet use and safety. This is always a great evening, so we hope you can all attend.

Dual Language Preschool
Are you interested in Dual Language Immersion for your preschooler? For the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, we are excited to explore the possibility of offering a Dual Language Immersion preschool program to enhance early learning experiences.
The Dual Language Immersion Program is an academic program that enhances the development of content in two languages-English and Spanish, as well as literacy in both languages, so that students will graduate ready for college, career, and life in a globally competitive economy and a collaborative global community. This unique program builds student linguistic skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in both English and Spanish. Students learn standards-based content as they become linguistically and academically proficient in two languages.
After preschool, students can continue the Dual Language program at Cottonwood Plains Elementary or Truscott Elementary.
