After School Clubs and Activities for Coelho
Late Busses and Afterschool Activities
On October 22nd, late buses and afterschool activities began at Coelho Middle School.
For those wishing to participate in afterschool activities, these clubs will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:20 PM to 3:30 PM. Students will have the opportunity to sign up the day before in the cafeteria.
For those students who will be accessing the late bus, please make sure that you are aware of the following:
- Late buses only run on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Only students that are registered and assigned to a bus are eligible for a late bus.
- Late bus stops are different than regular stops. Students will be bringing home information on Friday, October 18th to what stop they have been assigned. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the main office. You can also access your child’s late bus stop in Aspen.
- Late bus students are picked up between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM
- A list of the late bus stops were email home on Wednesday 10/16
ELPAC MEETING 11/20/24
November ELPAC – Special Presentation on Tiered Focus Monitoring
Join APS families on November 20, 2024, at 5:30 PM to learn about the Tiered Focus Monitoring process. This meeting will be open to all APS families. A representative from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) will present about the Tiered Focus Monitoring review process. New Cell Phone Policy
As mentioned in Superintendent Sawyer's letter to parents, APS had implemented a new cell phone policy. Please make yourself aware of the new policy, as we will also be reviewing it with all the students on the 1st day of school
