We’re so excited to meet our newest Warhawks at Freshman Academy Orientation on August 5th, 6th, or 7th! During orientation, students will receive their class schedules, student IDs, and Chromebooks, meet their teachers and peers, tour the building, and get a clear understanding of what it means to be a part of the Warhawk community.

We’re offering the same experience across three days to allow for smaller groups, and flexibility in scheduling for families. Therefore, students only need to attend one session of orientation.

New Root is hosting a Freshman Student Day of Action on February 26, 2025, inviting professionals and NCCHS alumni to inspire freshmen as they explore career paths. Volunteers will engage students in an alumni panel, help them develop and present 30-second introduction pitches, discuss vision boards, and conduct mock interviews.
