Please be sure to turn your raffle tickets to your homeroom teacher! We will be collecting and counting each day from September 30-October 8th.
Requesting Additional Tickets:
Additional tickets are available at the School Office.
The final day to submit tickets at school for the $25 minimum requirement or to participate in the Stellar Seller or top classroom competitions is Tuesday, October 8th.
Sold tickets and stubs can also be turned in at the Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 12th, but they will not count towards student totals.
- Please return the money and detached ticket stubs in an envelope or Ziploc bag with your child’s name and grade clearly written on the outside.
- Submit one envelope per student; do not combine with siblings’ tickets.
- Teachers will collect the raffle ticket envelopes.
- Ensure each ticket stub has a legible name and phone number written on it.
- Money and ticket stubs must be submitted together—cash only, no coins.
URGENT!!! Raffle Ticket Counting
We need lots of help counting raffle tickets starting September 30th through October 7th. Please sign up using the link below. These hours do not count towards your Harvest Festival hours because we still need lots of support at the festival. Thank you in advance for your time and support!
**CURRENT ALTAR SERVERS**
We are having a mandatory Altar Serving refresher training for all current Altar Servers.
Session 2: Grades 6-8
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 at 3pm (In the Church)
You must attend if you are planning to altar serve this school year.
**CALLING ALL NEW ALTAR SERVERS**
If you are interested in becoming an Altar Server you must attend both sessions for your grade level.
Session # 1
Grades 3-5 First Session 09/23 at 3pm
Grades 6-8 First Session 09/30 at 3pm
Session #2
Grades 3-5 Second Session 10/07 at 3pm
Grads 6-8 Second Session 10/21 at 3pm
Religious Education
If you have students in grades 3-8 who are interested in receiving their sacraments, please contact Liz Williams in the Religious Education office. Classes start September 15th, so please contact Liz as soon as possible to get started!

2024-2025 Classroom Volunteers
Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
