Sha'arei Orah's annual general membership meeting will be held on August 11 at 8 PM on Zoom.

We can once again order our delicious Kosher Gouda cheese from the Netherlands. This year I have made things simpler. We have four cheeses to offer: Young (~10 lb/wheel), Mature (~9 lb/wheel), Aged (~9 lb/wheel), and a new cheese, Mimolette (~10 lb/wheel), which I have been told is similar to Parmesan. Orders can either be a whole wheel for $120, a half wheel for $60.00, a quarter wheel for $30.00, or an eighth of a wheel for $15.00. The approximate cost is $12.00-$13.33 per pound INCLUDING shipping. Orders must be in by August 10th, and I would ask that all orders be accompanied by full payment. You can either send me a check or you can send payment using Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. Kiddush Setup and Clean Up Sign Up

As a lay led shul, we ask that each member household sign up twice per year to help set up and clean up Kiddush. You can sign up here: "Kiddush setup/clean up signup sheet" Please add your name to two different weeks to ensure we have coverage. The next available date for sign up is July 27.

Childcare/Counselors Support Sign Up

Hi everyone! With our growing membership, we wanted to help everyone learn about each other. The project that we are starting for this purpose is called "Meet the Sha’arei Orah Community,” which would include a short bio and a picture of everyone that participates. Note
