Your Weekly Guide to BVHS

Dear BVHS Students, Families and Community

Each month, I attend school board meetings where we focus on creating presentations for the board centered around one of our 7Cs. This month, our presentation will highlight “Collaboration”.

Collaboration goes beyond simply working together—it’s about working toward a shared vision, leveraging each team member’s strengths, and fostering positive relationships based on trust and mutual respect. It involves cooperative decision-making, conflict resolution, and effective communication to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Below, you’ll find photos showcasing BVHS students and staff in action, demonstrating collaboration in various ways:

Civics students worked together to create and perform a mock trial, bringing BV Essentials to life.
Staff members collaborated in meetings to plan and conduct peer observations to enhance teaching practices.
Musical Weekend is here! Students have worked together tirelessly to bring SpongeBob the Musical to the stage. Check out the flyer below for details and ticket information!

We encourage you to ask your students how they collaborate with their peers this week. And don’t forget to collaborate with your student’s advisory teacher for Student-Led Conferences next week!
