SWISD Monthly Food Distribution
We are excited to share that, thanks to the invaluable support of Southwest ISD social workers, as well as our dedicated adult and student volunteers, we were able to provide food for 386 families on February 12, 2025. Since October, a total of 1,770 families have benefited from the SWISD Drive-Thru Food Distributions.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all those who volunteered and contributed to the success of the February distribution. A special thank you goes to our Truancy Prevention Liaison Coordinator and her team, as well as our Crossroads students and staff, Southwest High School NJROTC students and Commander, and Southwest High School NHS students and sponsors, Transition for Life students and staff, AHR, Communications, Pupil Services, and our community volunteers.
Our next food distribution is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5th.
