Fall Volleyball Registration Opens on June 19th 🏐
Volleyball registration will open June 19th and close July 19th.
Volleyball is offered for grades 3rd through 6th. Girls will have teams formed for each grade level. Boys will have a 3rd/4th combined team and a 5th/6th combined team. If there are not enough boys to form a 3rd/4th grade team, 4th grade boys will be able to play up on the 5th/6th grade team.
Volleyball is played with the CPYVL league and is a 10 game season that runs for 6 weeks beginning at the end of August (no games on Labor Day weekend) with a postseason tournament mid October. Teams will practice 2 nights/week in the Kilgour gym with 1 or 2 games each weekend at various locations.
🚨 KSB REMINDER 🚨
Please be aware that, KSB cannot guarantee that practices and games for soccer and volleyball will not overlap. We have to take into account the volunteer coaches' availability and gym or facility availability first and foremost. Games are scheduled by both leagues and similarly, there is potential for overlap. We ask that you consider this prior to registering your child for fall sports. We rely on your child's participation when forming teams for the respective leagues.

CPS Technology Update
CPS Families and Students
In preparation for the new Student Device Model that will be in place for CPS next year we wanted to provide the following updates and details. While there is still much to finalize and work through over the summer we wanted to get as much information out as possible now so everyone can prepare along with us.
For 1st – 6th Grade families
Each school will still have 1 device for every student, but these devices will no longer go home and will remain at the school.
Each school will have carts to house and charge the devices so they are ready for students.
For Preschool and Kindergarten
Each Preschool and Kindergarten classroom will have at least 4 student iPad devices available.
For 7th – 12th Grade families
Each student will still receive a personally assigned laptop device that will be taken home daily and should be brought to school, fully charged and ready for class each day as has been the case this year.
All devices from all grades should have been left at schools at the end of the school year or at the end of Summer Recovery for those attending. No devices will go home for the summer this year outside of Summer Recovery.
