A Message from the Principals
Hello Millbridge Families,
Today we recognized the students who were selected as Cub of the Month for October. These students have exemplified the bear paw of caring. The trait for November is responsible. Please join our efforts and discuss ways students can be responsible at home and at school.
Halloween is on Monday and we know it is an important event for many. Students wishing to wear costumes may do so. Please remember, students should come to school with their costume on. If a mask is part of the costume, please have it in your child's backpack for the parade. Absolutely NO toy weapons are allowed in school as part of a costume. Whether students participate in Halloween events or not, we expect all members of the school community to honor our values and demonstrate that they are kind, respectful, responsible, and safe. When choosing a Halloween costume with your child, we ask you to keep those values in mind. We know we can count on our students and staff to model those values on Halloween, as they do each day. We wish everyone a safe and fun Halloween.
Educationally yours,
Mrs. Massey and Mrs. Murphy

Educator of The Year
Dear Delran Community Member,
This email contains information about the New Jersey Department of Education Governor's Educator of the Year Recognition Program. The state looks to honor exceptional teachers and educational service providers through this program by showcasing excellence, student achievement, innovation, and dedication through service in public education.
Delran Township Public Schools would like your help in nominating educators to represent our four schools. Once selected at the school level, educators have the opportunity to apply for county and state recognition.
If you would like to nominate a teacher, paraprofessional, and/or educational services professional that have truly inspired you as an educator, parent, community member, or student, please click on the links below to submit your nominations by 11:55 PM on November 4, 2022.
We would like to thank you in advance for helping us determine our Delran Township Public Schools Educator, Paraprofessional, and Educational Services Professional of the Year.
Sincerely,
Christine DeSimone

Mill-Bridging Cultures - November 15th
Millbridge will be hosting "Mill-Bridging Cultures"! This will be an opportunity for staff, students (new and old), and community members to learn and share about the many different cultures represented here in Delran (and beyond!) We are hoping to have our community display what makes them unique. Visitors will stroll the halls of Millbridge and interact with the different visual displays, music, games, and even food!

LOST AND FOUND
Each year, we have countless items ranging from winter coats to backpacks that are lost. We strongly encourage parents to LABEL EVERYTHING with your child’s name, teacher and bus letter. Lost and found items are kept in the gym and put out periodically throughout the year.
Become an Observer in Canvas
If you have not already done so, please be sure to become an observer for your child(ren) in Canvas. The information below is from the district's webpage and will help you become a co-observer. If you have multiple children, you will be able to see everything for them in one place. Teachers will be providing a weekly overview for parents and notes for the week in Canvas.
To enable co-enrollment (observer) in Canvas K-12 your student will need to generate a pairing code and you will need to link the account. A parent may pair (link) to multiple children in the same parent (observer) account.
You will need to set up the pairing through a web browser like Chrome. You cannot enable pairing or observing through the parent app.
Co-enrollment means you can view grades, upcoming assignments and due dates, missing work, and teacher communication.
Teachers can send individual, group, and course-wide messages to students and parents.
Once you're co-enrolled, you'll want to set-up your notification preferences. Click here for instructions on setting up your notification preferences.
