School Days
Hello Rodman Families,
We had a FANTASTIC first week! There were many hands in making this a phenomenal start. Thank you CPS staff and families for all your efforts!
You may have seen bulletin boards around the school highlighting your child's "Bulldog Beginnings" here in Canton Public School (Make sure you find your child's name!). In Canton Public Schools, our vision encompasses the whole child including, but not limited to, academic, social emotional, and community growth. To highlight this focus, you will find within our hallways "Puppy Pathways" the Rodman Preschool will follow throughout this school year to support all aspects of learning. What pathway will you take today!?
Graphic design credit for our bulldog puppy goes to Scott Robinson. Thank you, Scott!
Warm regards,

Anna Russo - NEW Team Chair - Introduction
It is with great pleasure that I introduce Anna Russo as a new member of administration at Rodman Preschool holding the position of both Team Chair & School Psychologist. Anna has been a valuable member of the Rodman team the past several years and we are so thrilled to have her take on this very important role. Anna will be supporting families that are in the initial evaluation process, as well as students currently on IEPs.
Here is a word from Ms. Russo:
Hi Rodman Families,
I am excited to work with all of our Rodman students and families in my role as Team Chair/School Psychologist! This is my sixth year here at the Rodman, and I absolutely love working here. This school truly is a special place with a wonderful sense of community. My goal in taking on the team chair role is to help guide our families through all of the ins and outs of special education. I promise to always listen and hope to help demystify an often confusing and emotional process. Additionally, I continue to be passionate about building the social emotional skills of our students and continue to be available to consult with parents about any issues that may arise. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I'm looking forward to a great year!
