EPA is providing free technical assistance with the redevelopment of the old hospital site at 401 Superior. It has been determined there is no practical reuse for the building at this site. Community members were invited to attend hour long sessions this week to discuss market potential for future uses. The consultant will deliver a market assessment that will be used in the fall when K-State is scheduled to conduct a charrette on the site to provide concept drawings of the selected future land use.
