Huskies Have HEART Newsletter
September 1, 2024
Greetings Central Heights Students and Families,
Tuesday, September 3rd is our first day of school and it will be an A-day! We loved seeing so many families (over 400 in fact!) join us for Open House! It’s going to be a great year at Central Heights! We will have schedules printed for students in case they need a new one on the first day. There have been some schedule changes since Open House (mostly to balance out WIN classes). We will be helping students learn their schedules and find their room locations throughout the first week. Our school motto this year is Every Second Counts! You can help us reinforce this by talking with your student(s) about using every second wisely when at school (and home!). Your students will likely hear teachers respond to questions like, “may I use the restroom?” with yes, but every second counts so be sure to hustle back!
Thank you for taking the time to read our newsletter! If there is anything you would like to see in our newsletter or questions you have about school that may help other families learn more about school, please reach out and ask!
The SPASD Nutrition Department is here to support you with any questions you may have about our program. Please use the QR Codes below to access our program information!
Please feel free to contact our office with any questions - We are here to help! nutrtiondepartment@sunprairieschools.org / 608-834-6544
