RMS Monday Message

We hope that your Spring Break has been a relaxing and enjoyable one!

As a reminder, school opens back up tomorrow (4/2) at our normal time and we are excited to welcome everyone back! The next three months are generally the busiest of the school year, so be sure to mark your calendar with the Important Dates below.

The NYS ELA and Math State Tests will be conducted this month with ELA taking place on April 11th and 12th and Math on April 23rd and 24th. The 8th Grade Science State Test will take place on May 14th.

The end of Quarter 3 is next week, concluding on April 12th, meaning that there is 10 weeks of school left from that point on.

Below are the dates for the NYS Computer Based Testing for ELA and Math in Grades 6-8. There is also a CBT for 8th Grade Science. The dates are below.

CBT for ELA: April 11th and April 12th

CBT for Math: April 23rd and April 24th

CBT for 8th Grade Science: May 14th

Our Environmental Club has an opportunity to win some funding! Please consider donating clothes to our USAgain Bins in the Bus Loop Parking lot!

Mrs. Landivar's class was studying Genetics. They used the genetic traits of the cast of Marvel movies to complete Punnett Squares and use the genotypes to create "Ugly Celebrity Babies".
