Carroll High School Weekly Community Newsletter
Message From The Principal
Greetings Carroll Community,
We had a wonderful week back from intersession, and I want to express my gratitude to our Tigers, our staff, and our community for the great turnout at our Trunk or Treat event this weekend. Returning from the break, our students are fully taking advantage of Tiger Time! It's been fantastic to see so many students getting involved in new clubs and organizations while successfully managing their time to fit in tutoring and review sessions within their daily schedules. Talk with your child about their experience!
Let’s keep the momentum going heading into November. To showcase our Tiger Pride, Carroll High School's PTSA is launching its fundraiser this week. They will be selling customizable spirit signs for all students, displaying their interests and extracurricular activities on the sign. The order form and a visual are included below.
We look forward to supporting our PTSA and showcasing our Tiger Pride with spirit signs in yards across our community. Have a wonderful week, continue to do great things, and stay safe while trick-or-treating! #TPND #WeAreCarroll
Your Proud Principal,
Mr. Arredondo

📅 Attendance Matters for High School Success 📅
Consistent attendance is key to academic success and is especially important in high school. As a reminder; any student with over 9 absences (for semester courses) and 18 absences (for full year-long courses) will be denied credit for the course; even if they pass. Students with excessive absences will be required to make up hours to meet graduation requirements. Parents, you can monitor your student’s attendance anytime through the Home Access Center (HAC). For more information on accessing HAC, click here. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact Mrs. Ortiz, our parent liaison, who is happy to help! Let’s work together to keep our students on track for graduation! 🎓
