BCSC will be on Fall Break through October 17, 2021. We hope that you are able to rest and relax after these first nine weeks at BCSC. The Administration Building will be available from 7:30 am through 4:00 pm Monday-Friday if you need assistance. Please be safe, stay healthy, and we look forward to your return on Monday, October 18.

Did you know that every BCSC 3rd grader gets the opportunity to experience and explore the world-renowned architecture in Columbus, Indiana? Through this experience, our students get to learn the history of how we got our city got nicknamed The Athens of The Prairie and where we are today as a community because of this title. This trip is a great way for them to also see how they can be ambassadors of our city’s story. Special thanks to the Bartholomew Consolidated School Foundation and this year’s sponsor, German American Bank, for making this trip possible for our students. The Emergency Broadband Benefit is an FCC program to help families and households struggling to afford internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic. This new benefit will connect eligible households to jobs, critical healthcare services, virtual classrooms, and so much more.

The Emergency Broadband Benefit will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.

The Emergency Broadband Benefit is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.
