This Week @ Wright
This Week @ Wright
I want to express my gratitude to all of you for contributing to a successful start of the school year. Your support for our teachers and staff is greatly valued.
This week promises to be eventful at Mary Wright. There are numerous opportunities for you to visit the school and get involved. Your presence is much appreciated, and it brings joy to your child(ren) to see you at school.
I will be sharing important handbook information every week. Additionally, you can always refer back to the link that was sent to you two weeks ago. It's crucial that you read our handbook and stay updated with the calendar for any changes.
Please anticipate the arrival of Progress Reports on Thursday. Also, Friday is Icee Day!
As always, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Best Regards,
Mrs. Jordan

🚨Handbook Reminders
Office Hours
7:30 A.M.- 3:30 P.M.
Lunch Visits
We would love parents to come in and eat school lunch with their children. Bringing outside restaurant food is strongly discouraged. We require parents to pre-schedule this with the teacher at least one day in advance.
Custodial Rights
Parents and legal guardians of students are strongly encouraged to stay involved with their child's academic progress. Unless a court order rules otherwise, either parent or legal guardian may view education records and attend school functions or meetings regarding the student.
Official notices and report cards will be sent to the parent or legal guardian with primary physical custody of the student during the school year. The legal guardian with primary physical custody is responsible for providing current copies of court orders to the school. Child visitation and exchange custody should not occur during school hours or on school property. Concerns regarding custody and visitation should be directed to the school principal.
Student Pickup
Dismissal is at 2:30 and students must be picked up by 2:45.
