Dear DPM Parents and Guardians,

Last evening, the Arlington Heights School District 25 Board of Education approved the hire of Jeremy Fischer as Associate Principal at Thomas Middle School, effective July 1, 2024.

“Jeremy’s impact from the past two years speaks volumes about his leadership,” says Deer Path Middle School Principal Megan Eigenrauch. “He’s implemented several student-centered activities that have enhanced our students’ experiences, including Adventure Days and our DPM Depot. Jeremy has made a true impact at DPM, and we wish him continued success in the years ahead.”

“I am deeply grateful for the privilege of working alongside my dedicated DPM colleagues and our wonderful District 67 students and families,” Jeremy shared. “While I am excited for this new opportunity to serve in leadership and in the classroom in my home community of Arlington Heights, I will always cherish my memories and experiences here at Deer Path.”

We will post for this position immediately with the goal of hiring a new 5/6 Assistant Principal by the end of the school year.

We wish Jeremy the best in his new role and will keep our school community updated as we identify his replacement.
