Home Internet Winter Break Reminder
As we approach Winter Break, we want to remind you about the importance of responsible tech use and home internet security for your students. As students take their district-issued iPads home for extended breaks, it's important to note that the school district does not monitor or filter devices at home. When students use their devices at home, whatever filters the family has established through their home internet provider take over. If a family has not established home internet filters, the student can access inappropriate content on their device while at home.
Parents can also use the iPad's Screen Time feature to restrict inappropriate content. Information about this can be found on the One to World Information page.

5th Grade Basketball Concessions
Basketball season is here! 5th Grade is collecting snack and drink donations to sell at our upcoming HOME games! All donations should be labeled and dropped off in the front office by Tuesday, 1/7. Sign Up HERE to donate or to help us sell concessions. Looking forward to a fun season!

BYFS Movie Day Event at Roslyn
Join Barrington Youth & Family Services for an indoor movie event on Monday, January 6th, 11:00am at Roslyn Road Elementary! Movie goers will watch Inside Out 2 followed by a short, age-appropriate discussion on mental health. This is a free event, but registration is required. We welcome students grades 1st - 6th with an adult chaperone. Movie goers are welcome to bring their own chair, blankets and snacks. Please register here.
