August 6: Optional school tour #1 for new students & families, 8:00am
August 8: Optional school tour #2 for new students & families, 8:00am
August 14: Optional school tour #3 for new students & families, 8:00am
August 16: Main campus gate open, 8:30-11:30am
August 17: Main campus gate open, 1:00-4:00pm
August 18: Meet & Greet, 1:00-1:30pm, families can walk around campus and visit the classroom if teacher has room open
August 18: Back to School Night (adults only) for grades TK-3, ESN & MMSN only, 5:30-6:30pm
August 19: First day of 2025/26 school year
August 26: Back to School Night (adults only) for grades 4-5 only, 5:30-6:30pm

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES IN YOUR PARENT PORTAL
Do you need to add an emergency contact for your child's school record?
Do you need to change your address or your phone number? Here is how to make these changes yourself:
-Log into your parent portal at https://hac.chicousd.org
-Select Student Info tab on far left side
-Select Data Confirmation BEFORE selecting Contacts!
-Select Contacts
To edit a contact record, select the pencil/edit button, make changes, SAVE changes
To add a new contact, select Add, create new contact, SAVE changes
To delete a contact record, contact the main office.
