Bobcat Bulletin
March 1
Letter from Mrs. Anderson
Dear Bobcat Families:
March is the time of the school year when students often begin to display mastery of new skills!! Many of our students are celebrating growth and improvements this time of year and it’s a pleasure to watch the excitement within our school community.
We are one week away from Spring Break! Please encourage your child to make positive choices at school and continue to be responsible, respectful, and resourceful.
As always, thank you for your continued support. Please reach out to me with any concerns, comments, or suggestions.
In partnership,
Mrs. Anderson, Principal

Each year, CCPS receives federal funds to support eligible schools in our district. Feedback is valuable to us as we plan for the 2024-2025 school year.
Leader in Me
Try Using I Messages:
When someone hurts your feelings, it is easy to want to respond with hurtful words. Leaders use I messages instead. An I message communicates your feelings without criticizing others.
1. Say how you feel, starting with the word I.
2.Sat what happened.
3. Suggest a solution.
Example: "I feel unhappy when I miss the beginning of the movie. Next time, let me know when you are going to be late."
Try using I messages this week with your family.

Join the Eden Park Elementary Team!
Here's the challenge:
- The school that signs the most people up will win – that includes teachers, staff, parents, students, and family/friends.
- The winning school will get a free spirit shirt with the school’s logo on it for every student at the school regardless of their participation.
How will we track this?
- Step 1: Register for Lipman 5K: https://runsignup.com/Race/FL/AveMaria/Lipman5KRunForBackpacks
- Step 2: While registering make sure that registrants select “yes” on the question below.
- Step 3: Select your school!
Student ID and Lanyard
All students will be issued and are required to wear a school ID and lanyard while at school. This is part of our school dress code. Students will use badges to sign on to their bus, check out library books, and go through the lunch line. Lost badges may be replaced in the front office for $2.00 cash.
