SPARKING CONNECTIONS: STUDENTS CRAFT NEURON MODELS
Grade 8 students recently engaged in hands-on learning by building neuron models. This activity helps students visualize and understand the structure and function of neurons, which are essential for transmitting signals in the nervous system. By constructing these models, students gained a deeper understanding of neurological processes and the vital role neurons play in health and disease, fostering a practical and interactive approach to neuroscience education.
