A Note from Mrs. Goldsworthy
Hello St. Eugene families,
A few important financial bullet points I need you to be aware of:
1) 24-25 School Year Registration and Tuition imports
2) Scholarship Application deadlines
3) PCTC award letters - turn in to the office
1) The 24-25 school year registration fees and tuition are being entered into FACTS Financial today. The registration fees will be charged/withdrawn on May 5th.
The full tuition amounts are entered for every student. Any grants, credits, scholarships, or discounts will not be entered at this time. Don't panic! This is the first step each year – entering the full tuition. In the coming weeks, Mrs. Metz will spend time in each account entering in the information that will set up the ADJUSTED tuition to be paid next year.
Scholarship applications will be reviewed in May and amounts awarded with notifications in June.
2) If you did not complete the FACTS Financial Assistance application, we are leaving it open for application through May 15th. Families SHOULD apply if you desire assistance regardless of your income amount. The income levels for TCS were opened and more flexibility has been given. We also have our St. Eugene Scholarship funds to award. Families who may not have qualified or were denied PCTC may want to be considered for these scholarships. Please apply in FACTS so that we can awards funds!
3) If you received an award letter that indicated the Fall Tuition Credit amount your student will receive, please make a copy and bring it by the office.
Again, when you glance at your FACTS Financials this week, you will see registration fees (withdrawing May 5th) and full tuition. Please be patient as Mrs. Metz works through May and June to enter tuition credits. We will continue to notify families as these updates are made.
Faith Forward,
Mrs. Goldsworthy
