Kia ora whānau of our kapa haka rōpu,
This Thursday we take our Kapa Haka rōpu (group) to Kaikoura for the "Takiwā Kapa Haka Festival".
Our bus is departing at 7:30am and we believe we will be back by 6pm at the latest. An update of expected arrival time will be shared via dojo on our way back.
Students should be at school by 7:15am to board the bus.
Students should come dressed in their kapa haka uniforms but also bring warm layers to wear over top.
Each student should pack a:
- morning tea
- lunch
- afternoon tea
- water bottle
We will be bringing a load of biscuits, muesli bars and fruit to top up any hungry customers!
Our bus is a 69 seater and our group is 48 students and 4 staff members. If any parents would like to join us for the day, travelling on the bus, you are more than welcome to do so! Please let John or Barb know and we will add your name to our plans.
