Stowe Back to School Newsletter
Welcome Back!
Stowe Parents/Caregivers,
We had a wonderful first week back to school at Stowe! The kids' energy and smiles are a powerful motivator and reminder of the importance of our jobs as educators. Students are settling into their new classrooms and routines, and teachers are working tirelessly to help them ease into these transitions.
I’m looking forward to what the new year has in store for the Bulldogs. Being a principal at Stowe for just over a year has been so rewarding. Each day, I find myself prouder of our students, families, and staff. Stowe is a place where everyone should feel a sense of belonging- I will continue to work hard to make this a reality for all in our school community.
As they say, “it takes a village,” and I’m so privileged to be part of the Stowe “village,” and thank you for entrusting your children with us. Together, I know we will continue to make positive impacts for our kids.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

This Friday - The Annual Fruit, Flower, & Vegetable Show
The Fruit, Flower, and Vegetable Show has been a tradition for over 60 years here at Stowe. To celebrate our growing season in Northern Minnesota, we encourage all students in Kindergarten through Grade 5 to enter displays of Fruit, Flowers and/or Vegetables that students, friends, or family have grown in the area. Every year, each child takes great pride in whatever they bring, so please encourage them to enter something in the show. Students will be able to view the show with their classmates during the school day.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE AT SCHOOL BEFORE 8:30AM FRIDAY.
If you do not have a garden to harvest from, feel free to have your student creatively decorate a store-bought item. Students, showcase your artistry!
If your student has a large entry, please assist them in bringing it in on Friday morning. We do have extra entry tags available in the lobby morning of.
