Over the past decade, children's mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, have reached record highs. As educators and parents, what are some concrete things we can do to combat this?
In hopes of answering this question, join us for a FAN Watch Party as we listen to Doug Bolton discuss his new book, Untethered: Creating Connected Families, Schools, and Communities to Raise a Resilient Generation.

Pizza and refreshments will be provided and a FREE BOOK GIVEAWAY for the first 15 registrants who attend. This event is suitable for youth 12+.

News You Can Use - From Avoca's Parent-Teacher Council (PTC)
Support Innovation in Our Schools!
The PTC’s Innovation Grants program empowers teachers and staff by providing funding for exciting, creative, and impactful ideas that enhance learning both in and out of the classroom. Teachers apply through a formal grant process, with submissions carefully reviewed by the Innovation Grants Committee. More information on the process can be found here.
To make these grants possible, we rely solely on community donations. Your contribution—no matter the amount—directly supports teachers and their innovative ideas. This is the only fundraising method for the program, and every dollar helps bring fresh, engaging opportunities to our students.
